Merry Meet from all of us at The Witches Hat. Our team is made up of experienced practising witches, each with their own unique path and expertise.
Whether you’re interested in learning more about witchcraft, seeking guidance through tarot readings, or looking to channel your own power through spell work, we have the knowledge and skills to help. Our approach is rooted in the old ways and the wisdom of our ancestors, we are constantly looking for new ways to apply ancient knowledge to the demands and challenges of modern life.
Our mission is to break the stereotype of the wicked Witch and shed light on the fact that Witches have always been healers, helpers, and teachers. We are dedicated to spreading the message that Witchcraft is accessible to all and is a path of empowerment and enrichment.

Meet The Team
Bex
Bex is an eclectic Witch who's special interests are in Folk Magick, Shadow Work and helping others discover their most Authentic and powerful selves through Witchcraft.
Coven trained in the Alexandrian tradition Bex now practices with her Goddess Circle The Daughters of Danu, and follows a path steeped in the traditions of her Irish ancestors with a few modern twists.
Bex is an intuitive Tarot reader with 30 years experience and also an artist with an MA in fine art. The things that bring her the most joy in life are her family both blood related and chosen, Going out dancing especially to Northern soul, camp fires, and the beach. Blessed to live on the coast the beach is her spiritual home and where she conducts many of her rituals and gathers ingredients for spell casting and magical tools.
La
Kitchen Witch La follows the path of her Celtic Ancestors. A solitary practitioner by nature but also a founder member of The Daughters of Dana Goddess Circle.
Small yet Mighty, expert Spell-caster La is our resident Banishing Queen who we turn to when things get tough. Don't be fooled though, she has the biggest heart and despite running the shop and the courses still finds time to be present for her large tribe of children and grandchildren and care for her elderly mum. La has over 3 decades of nursing experience giving her a wonderful insight into human nature and a great ability to connect with everyone from the most senior of our students to the smallest of our Witchling's.
Lynda
Our very own Pendle Witch. Lynda is a Reiki healer and reflexologist with over 18 years of experience. A gifted psychic she often receives messages and guidance for her clients during a session. A Coven trained Witch Lynda now follows her own path. Always happy to explore the shadow realms and work with the darker Goddesses Lynda is renown for her life changing Crone rituals and turning apple bobbing into an extreme sport.
most important to Lynda are her family and her chosen path. She is passionate about music and loves cosplay especially dressing up as a pirate. Recently Lynda attended The Goddess Temple in Glastonbury and is now qualified as a Civil, Sacred and Spiritual funeral celebrant.
