Shipping Information:

 

UK Delivery

We offer a Tracked Courier Service - the delivery estimates given below are from the point of dispatch, not from when your order is placed. Orders are dispatched Mondays - Fridays

Express Tracked (1-2 Working days from dispatch)

£0-£49.99 = £3.99 

Express Tracked (1-2 Working days from dispatch)

£50.00+ = FREE 

Rest of the World Delivery:

We use the Royal Mail International Tracked.

This is a premium service, to help protect us and you. If your parcel exceeds 2KG (4+ bulky items will generally be 2KG+) we use other couriers and may have to drop your order off at a collection point and this can be any time, usually late afternoon on the same day the order is placed.

Royal Mail will aim to deliver in 5-7 working days (from the point of dispatch).

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AIRMAIL 

UNDER 2KG - £11.66

OVER 2KG - £23.30

You may have to pay customs and excise fees before your parcel is released to you, you are responsible for these charges. If there is anything to pay, you will receive a notification advising you of this. Your order will then be released to you once paid. If you refuse to pay these charges, or abandon your order, your parcel will be returned to us (at a cost to us).

We will then refund you for the cost of goods, minus the cost of having the item returned back to us. If you wish to cancel your order and are outside of the UK, please contact us and we will provide our address.

Returns & Exchanges:



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please return your items to the address below, along with a note stating your name, shipping address and order number (this will be in the confirmation email we sent you after placing your order). We recommend that you send any returns to us as a traceable delivery (Tracked and/or delivery confirmation) 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you paid via Paypal your refund will have been instant. If you are unable to find the transaction please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the Transdaction ID and refund confirmation.

If you haven’t received a credit/debit card refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5-10 working days before your refund is shows on your bank statement
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or do not fit the recipient ( this applies to jewellery such as rings and bracelets).  If you need to exchange it for the same item or require resizing, send us an email at witcheshat77@yahoo.com and send your item to:

Please remember to include a note stating your name, order number and shipping address so that we can handle your return and refund as quickly as possible

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will only be issued once we have received your return item(s).
